Delete from inside the app

If you can still sign in to SHARAKO, the fastest way is to delete your account directly in the app:

1. 1Open SHARAKO and sign in to your account.
2. 2Open the menu (grid icon, top-right) and tap Account.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. 4Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Can't access your account?

If you can no longer sign in, submit a deletion request below. Include the email address associated with your SHARAKO account so we can locate and verify it.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, SHARAKO permanently removes the following data associated with your account:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Chat history and conversations
• Tasks, goals, and reminders
• Saved memories and preferences
• Captured and generated images
• Your saved phone number and personal settings

Data we may retain

Certain records are retained as required by law, for security, fraud prevention, and financial record-keeping:

• Payment & transaction records — retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax, accounting, and financial regulations. These are kept by our payment processor and contain no message content.
• Fraud & abuse-prevention logs — retained for up to 1 year to detect and prevent misuse, chargebacks, and policy violations.
• Legal hold records — where required by law enforcement or legal process, specific records may be retained until the hold is lifted.

Retained records are stripped of your personal content (chats, images, memories) and kept only as transactional or security metadata. After the retention period expires, they are permanently deleted.
